At RexBusiness, owned and operated by getb2by getab2b LLC, we aim to ensure fair transactions between merchants and buyers. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds are processed on our platform.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Buyers are generally eligible for refunds if:
- The received product or service differs significantly from the listing description.
- The product was never delivered or fulfilled within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- The physical product arrived defective or damaged (evidence must be provided).
2. Exclusions (Non-refundable Items)
Unless explicitly agreed upon by the merchant, the following are generally strictly non-refundable:
- Completed digital services or downloaded digital products.
- Custom-made or personalized physical goods.
- Services that have already been fully consumed or utilized.
3. How to Request a Refund
Buyers must initiate the refund process directly with the merchant via the RexBusiness messaging system within 14 days of receiving the item or service. If the merchant agrees, the funds will be reversed to the buyer's wallet.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a buyer and a merchant cannot reach a mutual agreement regarding a return or a refund within 72 hours, either party may escalate the issue to RexBusiness Support. Our team will manually review the chat logs, delivery proofs, and product descriptions to issue a final, binding decision regarding the transaction funds.
