3. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant on RexBusiness, you hold total liability regarding the goods and services you list. You expressly agree that you will NOT sell:

• Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods.
• Items that violate intellectual property rights.
• Content that is inherently offensive, abusive, or harmful.

4. Payments, Wallet, & Withdrawals

The RexBusiness Wallet holds funds associated with your commercial activities.

• Profits reflect directly in your wallet balance upon order completion.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to approval delays per manual financial reviews designed to protect buyers from fraud.
• We reserve the right to freeze balances if suspicious or malicious behavior is detected during chat interactions or commerce.

5. Limitation of Liability

RexBusiness (powered by getb2by getab2b LLC) is fundamentally provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are strictly not liable for:

• Business revenue losses caused by platform downtime or connectivity failure.
• Direct conflicts or scams existing privately between the buyers and independent merchants.

6. Governing Law

These terms are comprehensively governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any arising disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction corresponding to our registered company address.
